Terms and Conditions

A consultation is recommended for all new customers.

PAYMENT - Wonder walks accepts cash and bank transfers. The balance is due on or before the service start date.

AGGRESSIVE ANIMALS -Wonder walks does not accept aggressive or dangerous animals and reserves the right to refuse service to any clients pet that exhibits aggressive or threatening behaviour.

It is the pet owners responsibility to notify Wonder walks of any aggressive or dangerous animals.

The client agrees to be responsible for all costs (including but not limited to medical care, legal fees, etc) if the clients pet should bite another animal.

KEYS -If a house key is required to provide care for the clients pet these are to be provided by the client. This key will be held by Wonder walks, coded and kept securely. Keys provided by the client will be returned immediately upon request.

CONTACT DETAILS /PERSONAL INFORMATION - Please inform us of any changes regarding your contact numbers, your pets care needs and any other relevant information.

All of your information will be kept private and confidential, in accordance with data protection laws.

INSURANCE - Wonder walks has valid public liability insurance. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the property, its contents and pets are adequately insured throughout the duration of the assignment.

INCLEMENT WEATHER - You the client entrust Wonder walks to use best judgement in caring for your pets at the time of inclement weather. In cases of extreme weather we will contact you with alternative arrangements.

HEALTH PROBLEMS - It is the owners responsibility to notify Wonder walks of any health problems their pet may have.

PET WASTE/CLEANING - For cat and litter trays we request that you provide all necessary items such as scooper, cat litter and plastic bags and give instructions on where you would like these waste bags deposed of. The same for any other home based animal. For dog walks, waste bags will be provided and any pet waste properly disposed of.

Wonder walks will clean up after your pets to the best of their ability. Please inform them of the designated area for the appropriate cleaning supplies, which are to be provided by the pet owner. Wonder walks is not responsible for carpet/flooring stains created by your pet.

COLLARS AND LEADS - It is the owners responsibility to provide secure collars and leads.

FENCES AND CAT FLAPS -Wonder walks does not accept any responsibility for any clients animals that escape or become lost or injured when instructed to leave the animals in a fenced area. This includes any type of fence, or in a premises that contains an unlocked cat flap.

LIABILITY - Wonder walks shall not be liable to the client or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform in relation to the services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Wonder walks reasonable control.
